What you will do

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate contracts to maximize organizational value.
• Develop and implement category-specific procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and oversee the sourcing and onboarding of new vendors.
• Manage procurement activities across diverse categories including Construction, Facilities Management, PR, Travel, HR, and Technology.
• Contribute to the creation of procurement policies, procedures, and processes to ensure operational efficiency.
• Analyze procurement data and provide regular performance and cost-saving reports to leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement or a related commercial field.
• Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end procurement processes.
• Experience in Construction, Facilities Management, PR, Events, Travel, HR, or Technology categories.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of RFx management, supplier selection, and spend analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under ambiguity.
