What you will do

• Manage the full sales order lifecycle from contract entry in SAP to final payment collection.
• Coordinate with manufacturing units, mills, and shippers to ensure timely production and execution of orders.
• Handle international shipping and logistics, including the validation of manifest info and tracking of cargo to destination markets.
• Manage export/import documentation such as Bills of Lading and customs certificates.
• Maintain detailed order records and prepare monthly shipment reports for internal control.
• Oversee client sampling requirements and support the organization of business exhibitions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or logistics operations.
• Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
• Experience within agro-commodities, food trading, or international trade environments.
• Prhirify.globalciency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of international shipping, logistics processes, and import/export documentation.
• English: Fluent (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Certification or training in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or Clearing & Forwarding.
