What you will do

• Act as a sales hunter to acquire new business and expand the existing book of business.
• Prospect territories, clients, and leads to identify new growth opportunities.
• Develop national business volume across Ocean, Air, and Overland Freight as well as Value Add solutions.
• Increase market penetration for the hirify.global brand.
• Collaborate with Asia region global sales teams, Product Leaders, and Vertical teams to develop target accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from research and identification to closing business opportunities.

Requirements

• Solid and demonstrated working knowledge of the Freight Forwarding Industry.
• Proven ability to research, identify, and close business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, consultative, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities under pressure.
