What you will do

  • Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, and social channels with professionalism.
  • Convert sales enquiries into orders by identifying customer needs and recommending products.
  • Process orders, amendments, cancellations, and refunds according to company policy.
  • Monitor order fulfillment and delivery status, coordinating with Logistics and Merchandising teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and update knowledge bases and FAQ resources.
  • Provide customer-driven feedback to product and UX teams to enhance the user experience.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, retail sales, or e-commerce customer care.
  • English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
  • Location: Must be based in Dubai.
  • Proficiency with CRM, order management systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field is desirable.
