What you will do

• Assist the Online Trade Manager in servicing trade members via the web sales department, handling quotes, order entry, and product research.
• Monitor orders, collect outstanding balances, and schedule deliveries on behalf of the Trade Manager.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure project deadlines for designers are met.
• Network internally and externally to expand and build the active trade partner list.
• Collaborate with the web sales and support teams to grow the trade business and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain trade-specific sales materials and tax documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Boston Heights, OH.
• Proven experience in sales or operations within the trade/design industry.
• Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills, specifically for business email.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adjust schedule to meet the needs of the trade business.
