What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of sales associates, aligning individual focus with company goals and values.
- Drive a multi-product sales strategy and manage an integrated go-to-market approach for Australia and New Zealand.
- Establish and maintain effective sales management processes, including account planning, deal implementation, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Services teams to develop regional strategies centered on value-selling and upselling.
- Partner with executive leadership to maximize revenue and act as an open-source champion within key customer accounts.
- Report on projected targets and provide in-depth market research and competitive analysis to executive leadership.
Requirements
- 12+ years of direct and indirect sales experience within the enterprise technology sector.
- Must be based in the ANZ region.
- Demonstrated success in implementing strategies to grow revenue specifically within the ANZ market.
- Strong record of ownership over personal and team revenue targets with high forecasting accuracy.
- Excellent command of the English language and superior communication/presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; a relevant advanced degree is considered a plus.
