What you will do
- Define and execute a sales strategy to drive new customer acquisition and scalable revenue growth across the region.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on net-new business.
- Establish and scale a land and expand motion to maximize growth within existing customer accounts.
- Partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, and Channel teams to maintain a high-quality pipeline.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering to deliver tailored solutions and executive-level presentations.
- Manage sales performance indicators and forecasting to consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia
- Demonstrated success leading sales in high-growth environments, ideally generating $10M+ in annual new business revenue.
- 5+ years of experience building, recruiting, and managing high-performing solutions sales teams.
- 5+ years of consistent achievement in quota-carrying roles with a strong record of surpassing targets.
- Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to enterprise-level customers.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
