What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle for new partnerships and expand complex fintech and digital wallet collaborations.
• Develop business plans, define KPIs, and monitor performance metrics such as volume and conversion rates.
• Identify new opportunities from concept to close and influence the global product roadmap through market research.
• Manage executive relationships at the C-suite level and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Create financial models and P&L scenarios to evaluate commercial decisions and size market opportunities.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, legal, and compliance teams to ensure high-standard partnership launches.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Consulting.
• Deep expertise in payments, digital commerce, BNPL, and payment rails.
• Proven track record of closing complex enterprise agreements with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to build P&L and defend business cases with data.
• Ability to operate credibly and communicate effectively at the C-suite level.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
