What you will do
- Consult with existing enterprise customers to understand their needs and deliver ’s value proposition.
- Negotiate and close strategic renewal deals to meet personal sales quotas and goals.
- Create detailed account plans to identify and execute renewal and upsell opportunities.
- Manage client account information and prospect updates within the CRM database.
- Communicate solutions to C-Level executives through ROI analysis and business case definition.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and technical support to align renewal strategies.
Requirements
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Experience within software, technology, publishing, media, advertising, or design market segments.
- Ability to manage a complex sales cycle from demo to negotiation and closing.
- Must be based in London, UK to support hybrid work arrangements.
