What you will do

• Acquire high-value partners in fitness, wellness, and emerging verticals within the assigned market.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas based on new venues added to the network.
• Execute field-first outreach through drop-ins, meetings, and networking events.
• Build and maintain strong professional connections within the regional wellness community.
• Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting records in Salesforce.
• Present pitch decks and negotiate terms with prospective high-level partners.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of B2B transactional sales experience using both Field and Inside sales tactics.
• Proven record of consistent over-performance on monthly quotas and OKRs.
• Based in Germany with ability to travel across the broader DACH region.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite.
