What you will do

• Define and lead the company’s agent retention strategy, specifically focusing on the first 90 days of the lifecycle.
• Build and scale data infrastructure, including dashboards and reporting frameworks for churn, retention, and activation.
• Identify early-stage churn drivers through deep cohort analysis and develop targeted interventions.
• Design and implement scalable retention levers, such as incentive structures and engagement programs.
• Establish structured feedback loops and lifecycle diagnostics to continuously improve the agent journey.
• Collaborate with City Leads, KAMs, and Central Teams to drive operational improvements and ramp performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, or Consulting within high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Experience working with large datasets to drive strategic decision-making.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Madrid, or Milan.
