What you will do

• Lead the operational strategy and end-to-end execution of large-scale, high-complexity events.
• Design scalable operational models, workflows, and tools from scratch (0→1).
• Break down complex, undefined problems into actionable plans and design risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and local Operations teams to align stakeholders.
• Oversee ground implementation and support local teams in executing complex setups.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in top-tier consulting (MBB) or Strategy & Operations roles in high-growth companies.
• Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems and leading projects end-to-end.
• Strong builder mentality and ability to operate independently with high ownership.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influence skills.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Based in Buenos Aires.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, marketplaces, or large-scale physical operations.
• Exposure to live events industry.
• Analytical skills in Excel and SQL.
