Operations Capex Manager

What you will do

• Lead coordination with Sales/Product Management for market intelligence on new investments.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and logistics teams to define and validate technical assumptions.
• Prepare and present solid business cases to Finance and Executive Management for approval.
• Act as Project Manager post-approval: track milestones, costs, variances, and coordinate activities.
• Monitor risks, manage project updates, and handle design changes and cost impacts.
• Approve change orders within budget and manage overruns per governance process.

• 10y experience in technical/project management roles
• Stakeholders’ management and coordination of interfaces
• Proactive and problem-solving approach
• Negotiation skills
