What you will do

• Design and implement scalable campaign operations across the marketing tech stack.
• Build and maintain automations using n8n and AI to eliminate manual processes and ensure system orchestration.
• Lead GTM transformation projects focused on improving pipeline generation and operational efficiency.
• Optimize end-to-end lead processes: capture, routing, data enrichment, qualification, and scoring.
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, RevOps) and the IT development team.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, testing, and user adoption for GTM initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business systems, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar GTM project management or operations role.
• Hands-on experience with Marketo, SFDC CRM, and automation tools like n8n or Zapier.
• Technical mindset with comfort in APIs, automation logic, and system workflows.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Must be based in Madrid, Spain (Hybrid work model).

Nice to have

• Experience with Clay.
• Knowledge of tools such as Zoom, Hygraph, or Vidyard.
• Prior experience within the software industry.
