What you will do

• Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of customer accounts to meet assigned quotas.
• Engage customers proactively to handle pricing adjustments, term negotiations, and product upgrades.
• Utilize Salesforce CPQ to generate and manage accurate renewal quotes and contract configurations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless transitions.
• Track renewal forecasts and provide insights on customer trends and performance metrics.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, specifically in renewals, sales, or account management.
• Proven track record of managing a quota or revenue target.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ is required.
• Strong understanding of subscription-based contracts and pricing models.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
