What you will do
- Negotiate renewal contracts to maximize value while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Develop precise renewal forecasts and identify risks in collaboration with sales teams.
- Monitor customer health metrics to proactively mitigate churn and drive retention.
- Create and present renewal proposals and options to enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with Legal, Deals Desk, and Sales Operations to finalize executable order forms.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure product adoption and high utilization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years of success in Renewal Account Management or Customer Success roles.
- Experience leading customer retention for both On-Prem and SaaS enterprise accounts.
- Advanced proficiency with contract renewal processes.
- Strong customer management, sales, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated work ethic and consistent quota achievement.
