What you will do
- Scout and onboard high-quality vendor partners in China, Hong Kong, and SEA for Men's Bottoms with fast production lead times.
- Manage existing supplier relationships to improve product costs, quality, and commercial terms for sustainable profitability.
- Resource materials from T1 to T2 mill and vendor partners to optimize cost and speed for scaling orders.
- Develop validated cost structures and templates using open costing expertise to lead negotiations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and increase launch hit-rates through product excellence.
- Apply strategic knowledge of trade benefits to optimize product speed-to-market for the USA, Canada, and Europe.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience specifically in Men's Bottoms categories.
- Experience working with high-end national brands in the United States and Europe.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Proven track record in supply chain management or operations within the retail landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for vendor relationship management.
- Ability to act as a self-starter and adapt quickly to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
