What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day Accounting Operations and manage a team of accounting specialists.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize cash application and payment reconciliation processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering to implement automation tools for accounting workflows.
• Manage invoice generation, revenue reconciliation, and support internal/external audits.
• Coordinate brand onboarding/offboarding and ensure legal compliance for financial matters.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting operations, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong expertise in the Order-to-Cash cycle and payment reconciliation.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and relevant accounting platforms.
• US-based location required for eligibility and benefits.
