TL;DR

Head of Strategic Partnerships (Fintech): Identifying and driving high-impact partnerships and business opportunities to expand distribution and product offerings with an accent on the global payments ecosystem and M&A. Focus on sourcing and closing complex deals with digital wallets and neobanks, shaping corporate strategy, and evaluating strategic investments.

Location: Must be based in Seattle, Arlington, London, or work remotely from the US

Salary: $212,000 - $265,000 base salary

What you will do

  • Build and execute the strategic partnerships roadmap with digital wallets, neobanks, telcos, and platform companies.
  • Lead end-to-end deal execution from initial outreach and negotiation to legal review and launch.
  • Manage strategic relationships with key existing partners to ensure alignment and commercial performance.
  • Identify adjacent business opportunities leveraging hirify.global's infrastructure, brand, and licenses.
  • Contribute to corporate strategy and lead initial M&A evaluation, including financial modeling and due diligence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or corporate strategy.
  • Significant experience in payments, fintech, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of closing complex partnerships that drove measurable business impact.
  • Deep understanding of global payment rails, digital wallets, and remittance economics.
  • Experience executing M&A transactions or strategic investments.
  • Exceptional communication skills for interaction with C-suite executives and Board-level audiences.
