What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of 4–5 recruiting coordinators, sourcers, and ops specialists across EPD, GTM, and G&A.
  • Own the ATS (Ashby/Greenhouse) configuration, workflows, automations, and reporting.
  • Build real-time analytics dashboards to track pipeline health, funnel conversion, and capacity.
  • Enforce process discipline regarding stage movement, interview feedback, and structured debriefs.
  • Partner with Finance on headcount planning, forecasting, and capacity modeling.
  • Manage the sourcing stack (Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter) and integrate technical assessment tools like HackerRank or CodeSignal.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in talent or recruiting operations.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a team of coordinators, sourcers, or specialists.
  • Proven experience scaling talent operations at a high-growth tech company (Series C+ or 200+ employees).
  • Deep expertise with modern ATS platforms (Ashby experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong data proficiency with the ability to build dashboards and define KPIs to drive decisions.
  • Builder mindset with the ability to move fast and create processes from scratch.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading an end-to-end ATS migration.
  • Familiarity with capacity modeling and recruiter workload analysis.
  • Experience with technical assessment tools (CodeSignal, HackerRank) and their ATS integrations.
  • SQL or BI tool experience for custom analytics.
