What you will do
- Assist the Key Account team with administrative tasks to ensure efficient sales operations.
- Support pre-sales activities, including the preparation of sales and engagement materials.
- Manage the preparation, submission, and tracking of bids, proposals, and bid bond applications.
- Drive the order processing workflow, including eOPF entry and submission.
- Collaborate with finance, logistics, and project departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Provide administrative support for trade shows, customer visits, and customer appreciation programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, support, or an administrative role.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Singapore.
