What you will do

• Act as a technical consultant and specialist for the hirify.global platform, conducting demonstrations and presentations.
• Lead discovery meetings and workshops to gather client requirements and propose efficient solutions.
• Design high-level user journey flows, functional diagrams, and use cases to solve specific user problems.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Evaluate the technical feasibility of conversational solutions and guide clients toward optimized implementations.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, or .NET Core.
• Proven experience building and implementing REST APIs.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with the ability to communicate with both technical and business audiences.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and data-based decision-making.
• English: Proficiency required
• Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain

Nice to have

• Experience in Product, Service, or UX Design focused on digital products.
• Knowledge of systems architecture.
• Previous commercial experience and a portfolio of developed projects.
