What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Portfolio Sales Engineers focusing on Agentic Experience Autonomation and CX Engagement Orchestration.
- Drive the technical sales process, encompassing discovery, solution design, and high-impact demonstrations for enterprise customers.
- Act as an executive-level storyteller, translating abstract AI capabilities into concrete business-driven outcomes for C-level stakeholders.
- Manage and guide Proof of Concepts (POCs), defining success criteria, AI evaluation metrics, and value realization.
- Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to influence the product roadmap based on market insights and customer feedback.
- Provide high-quality technical support for RFIs, RFPs, and complex technical inquiries.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales within SaaS or enterprise software.
- Hands-on expertise with Conversational AI, Agent Assist, digital agents, or AI-driven CX platforms.
- Deep technical understanding of NLP, LLMs, intent recognition, dialog management, and automation workflows.
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive credibility.
- Experience managing multiple complex enterprise sales opportunities concurrently.
- Must be based in the Netherlands.
