Portfolio Sales Engineering Manager (AI/CX): Leading a pre-sales organization to position and deliver Agentic AI and AI-powered Customer Experience solutions across Western and Northern Europe with an accent on autonomous agents, copilots, and AI-driven workflows. Focus on translating complex AI capabilities into business outcomes and guiding high-value enterprise POCs.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the Netherlands)

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of Portfolio Sales Engineers focusing on Agentic Experience Autonomation and CX Engagement Orchestration.
  • Drive the technical sales process, encompassing discovery, solution design, and high-impact demonstrations for enterprise customers.
  • Act as an executive-level storyteller, translating abstract AI capabilities into concrete business-driven outcomes for C-level stakeholders.
  • Manage and guide Proof of Concepts (POCs), defining success criteria, AI evaluation metrics, and value realization.
  • Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to influence the product roadmap based on market insights and customer feedback.
  • Provide high-quality technical support for RFIs, RFPs, and complex technical inquiries.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales within SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Hands-on expertise with Conversational AI, Agent Assist, digital agents, or AI-driven CX platforms.
  • Deep technical understanding of NLP, LLMs, intent recognition, dialog management, and automation workflows.
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive credibility.
  • Experience managing multiple complex enterprise sales opportunities concurrently.
  • Must be based in the Netherlands.
