AI Presales Engineer

What you will do

• Partner with Sales on technical discovery, deep dives, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Identify enterprise AI use cases and communicate the business value and ROI of automated agents.
• Design and build functional prototypes and workflow blueprints using n8n and LangChain.
• Translate client requirements into architectures using RAG, semantic search, and secure enterprise application integrations.
• Advise CTOs, IT directors, and business leaders on AI architecture, security, and data privacy.
• Share customer and market insights with Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in presales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting, focused on automation or generative AI.
• Practical and conceptual understanding of workflow orchestration with n8n, LLM application frameworks including LangChain and LangGraph, and RAG pipelines.
• Experience translating technical capabilities such as chunking, vector databases, and AI agents into business outcomes.
• Ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations and explain complex architectures to C-level executives.
• Working proficiency in Python or JavaScript for building connectors, parsing JSON schemas, and supporting reliable API tool-calling in demonstrations.
