What you will do

• Partner with the sales team to support strategic deals through discovery calls and technical deep dives.
• Create and deliver customized presentations and demos to showcase technical value.
• Design and recommend technical solutions aligned with specific customer requirements.
• Analyze customer needs and provide expert technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on product enhancements and customer requests.
• Perform competitive landscape analysis and provide internal technical training across teams.

Requirements

• Experience in technical presales, consulting, or a similar sales engineering role.
• Background in enterprise software, specifically within automation or contact center technologies.
• Strong JavaScript programming and scripting skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Creative, design-oriented mindset with the ability to quickly master new technologies.
