Senior Account Executive (Conversational AI): Acquiring new enterprise companies in Western Europe with an accent on building and maintaining an effective pipeline and running full sales cycles. Focus on taking a consultative, value-centric approach with senior executives and coordinating responses to RFPs/RFIs.

Location: Remote from Spain, covering Italy as primary focus, plus Spain and Portugal.

What you will do

  • Acquire new enterprise companies from all industries across Western Europe (Italy as primary focus, plus Spain and Portugal).
  • Build and maintain an effective pipeline by self-directed prospecting and collaborating with Business Development Representatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and review territory plans to meet business goals.
  • Run full sales cycles from account planning and targeted prospecting through discovery, qualification, contract negotiation, and close.
  • Take a consultative, value-centric approach with senior executives to map value, develop business cases, and drive Digital Transformation conversations.
  • Coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs and represent the company at trade fairs or industry events.

Requirements

  • Experienced Enterprise Sales Executive with a proven track record of success in selling SaaS within the Contact Center or Conversational AI environment.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required.
  • Confident navigating sales cycles with all management levels, particularly SVP/C-Level.
  • Disciplined and functions well in a remote environment, with strong organization and prioritizing skills.
  • Professional communication skills and a customer-centric, personable demeanor.
  • Ability to balance driving a sales cycle independently while leveraging internal resources and partner channels.
