HR Coordinator

HR Coordinator (HR Operations): Managing onboarding, scheduling, and daily administrative operations for an autonomous ground handling aviation team with an accent on compliance and operational efficiency. Location: Onsite in Atlanta, GA. Must be able to pass federal background checks and maintain airport badging.

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Coordinate new hire onboarding, including offer letters, I-9s, background checks, and CBP credentialing.
• Manage weekly shift schedules and track attendance for GSE operators.
• Maintain employee records and ensure airport access credentials remain current.
• Oversee office asset management, tracking PPE, laptops, keys, and vehicle registrations.
• Provide administrative support through report preparation and calendar management for leadership.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in HR support, office coordination, or administrative roles.
• Must be comfortable working onsite near Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
• Ability to pass federal background checks and maintain airport badging.
• High level of organization and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Professional communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
