TL;DR

Sr. HR Business Partner: Provide expert HR counsel, coaching, and thought partnership to senior leaders up to EVP level with an accent on aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive performance and organizational effectiveness. Focus on performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, organizational design, and change management across global teams.

Location: Must be able to work onsite from our Austin office (Austin, Texas)

What you will do

  • Serve as strategic HR partner to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business goals to drive performance, engagement, and health.
  • Coach leaders and employees on performance management, development, engagement, workforce effectiveness, and employee relations.
  • Lead HR programs including performance management, compensation planning, goal setting, talent reviews, succession planning, and promotions.
  • Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management to support business transformation and growth.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and generate insights.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions and drive process improvements.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of direct HR Business Partner experience, preferably in fast-growing global technology, media, or entertainment companies
  • Demonstrated experience partnering across multi-location and/or global teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent)
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Experience with Workday and other HR systems, Google Suite, Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work onsite from Austin office and with distributed remote teams

Nice to have

  • HR professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)
