TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Pittsburgh, PA (Robinson Twp.)

What you will do

  • Coach frontline managers in high-volume hourly and call center environments on employee relations and performance management.
  • Review and approve corrective actions and performance improvement plans in collaboration with the Senior HRBP.
  • Lead employee investigations, gather documentation, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Coordinate FMLA, LOA, and accommodation requests with People Operations and external vendors.
  • Support new hire onboarding and conduct exit interviews to identify retention trends.
  • Drive change management and communication for HR programs and organizational updates.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of HR Business Partner or generalist experience supporting hourly employee populations.
  • Experience supporting contact centers, fulfillment operations, or metrics-driven hourly workforces.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and compliance best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to work onsite in Pittsburgh, PA (Robinson Twp.)

  • Experience in pharmacy or healthcare settings.
