TL;DR

Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) (MedTech): Supporting the Go-To-Market organization to ensure team effectiveness and operational scale with an accent on performance management, compensation planning, and manager support. Focus on navigating complex people decisions, optimizing GTM people operations, and implementing scalable HR processes in a high-growth AI and data environment.

Location: Remote (US) or Boston. Must have an eligible work permit in the USA.

Salary: $130,000–$180,000

What you will do

  • Own performance management operations for GTM, including reviews and calibration cycles.
  • Partner on compensation planning, leveling, and promotion decisions to ensure fair outcomes.
  • Handle employee relations and sensitive performance-related situations with strong discretion.
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility for GTM teams.
  • Maintain and analyze people insights to highlight trends and inform organizational decisions.
  • Identify and implement improvements to core people processes to make them more effective for managers.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of HR experience, specifically supporting GTM or revenue teams (Sales, CS, Marketing, RevOps).
  • Experience running performance review and calibration processes in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record of handling employee relations and complex people decisions.
  • Experience with compensation planning, promotions, and leveling decisions.
  • Ability to work autonomously on a small People team with a high level of ownership.
  • Eligible work permit in the USA required.
