TL;DR

Key Account Director (SaaS): Leading growth and strategic expansion within the most important enterprise accounts with an accent on multi-threaded engagement and value-based relationships. Focus on driving adoption of API platform solutions and navigating complex C-suite sales cycles for Fortune 500 companies.

Location: Fully remote, but must be based in Canada and able to travel to customers in the territory

What you will do

  • Grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, including Fortune 500 and cloud-first companies.
  • Engage senior technology leaders (CIOs, CTOs, VPs) to position hirify.global as a critical platform solution.
  • Lead complex solution sales cycles across API governance, security, and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Design tailored value propositions that demonstrate ROI and impact at scale.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional engagement with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing.
  • Track, forecast, and report on account progress, pipeline health, and business results.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of enterprise sales experience in strategic account management and expansion.
  • Proven track record selling technical platform products such as developer tools, SaaS, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated success in driving multi-million dollar expansion deals and engaging C-suite leaders.
  • Experience navigating large, complex organizations with thousands of users.
  • Fluency in emerging technologies, particularly AI and agentic AI.
  • Must be based in Canada and available for customer travel within the territory
