What you will do

• Identify customer needs and assess market opportunities by analyzing product lines and competitive landscape.
• Evaluate new product ideas, recommend enhancements, and support launches with ROI analyses and timelines.
• Collaborate with development, service delivery, and marketing teams on requirements, go-to-market plans, pricing, and operational needs.
• Apply functional expertise to achieve goals, solve routine problems, and provide guidance on projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years experience as a Product Analyst or similar role
• Demonstrated experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience writing business requirements/use cases/user stories, conducting UAT, and communicating project status
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with cross-team collaboration

Nice to have

• Prior experience in Financial Services Industry
• Experience with digital communications tools like secure messaging or reporting dashboards
