What you will do

• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for technology initiatives.
• Lead HR process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and opportunities for automation or system enhancements.
• Translate complex HR needs into clear functional specifications for system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Support system upgrades and integrations for core HCM, recruiting, onboarding, performance, and time tracking.
• Perform impact analyses for proposed system changes to ensure regulatory compliance and operational stability.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including process maps, functional specs, and end-user training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis with a strong focus on HR processes and technologies.
• Demonstrated experience with HRIS platforms, specifically Workday.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes (hire-to-retire) and their interdependencies.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (Sponsorship is not available).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced Agile environment.
