What you will do
- Drive the HR annual workplan, manage the People department's budget, and oversee global headcount planning.
- Architect global compensation frameworks, equity/stock option programs, and performance-based incentive plans across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of the HRIS stack (e.g., HiBob, Workday) and develop real-time people analytics dashboards.
- Audit and optimize the end-to-end employee lifecycle to ensure maximum scalability and efficiency.
- Direct and mentor a global team of People Ops, C&B, and HRIS professionals across multiple time zones.
- Manage EOR and PEO vendors to ensure compliant hiring and operations in regions without local entities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business; Master's degree is an advantage.
- 10+ years in HR/People Ops, with 7+ years specifically in Global Ops, C&B, and leadership (experience in Finance or Ops units also considered).
- Proven track record managing complex global compliance landscapes and leading people analytics practices.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a disruptive, bold style focused on outcomes and impact.
- Based in Israel.
