What you will do

• Develop and execute the channel strategy aligned with company revenue goals.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value channel partners including VARs, GSIs, and MSPs.
• Create and deliver partner enablement programs, including sales training and technical onboarding.
• Own and forecast partner-sourced and influenced revenue targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to create a scalable partner motion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or ecosystem development in B2B SaaS or AI.
• Proven track record of building and scaling partner revenue.
• Experience working with VARs, GSIs, MSPs, or cloud providers.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and negotiation skills.
• Must be located on the East Coast of the United States.
