Salary: $24.20 - $26.20 per hour

What you will do
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach, including 50+ cold calls daily and targeted email/social media campaigns.
- Research and qualify leads to identify key decision-makers within target businesses.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery and contract stages to negotiation and closing.
- Deliver persuasive presentations to business owners to articulate the value proposition of the network.
- Maintain CRM accuracy (Salesforce, Hubspot) for effective pipeline reporting and funnel management.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and daily activity targets.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in roles requiring outbound customer contact (cold calling, telemarketing, or retail sales).
- Must be based in the Houston, TX area to support a hybrid schedule (3+ days in office).
- Clear, confident, and persuasive verbal communication style for phone and virtual presentations.
- Ability to handle high-volume tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage rejection gracefully.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce.
