TL;DR

Partner Sales Representative (Wellness): Managing the full sales cycle from outbound outreach to closing partnership agreements with an accent on high-volume cold calling and lead qualification. Location: Hybrid in Houston, TX (must be based in the office at least 3 days per week)

Salary: $24.20 - $26.20 per hour

What you will do

  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach, including 50+ cold calls daily and targeted email/social media campaigns.
  • Research and qualify leads to identify key decision-makers within target businesses.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery and contract stages to negotiation and closing.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations to business owners to articulate the value proposition of the network.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy (Salesforce, Hubspot) for effective pipeline reporting and funnel management.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and daily activity targets.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in roles requiring outbound customer contact (cold calling, telemarketing, or retail sales).
  • Must be based in the Houston, TX area to support a hybrid schedule (3+ days in office).
  • Clear, confident, and persuasive verbal communication style for phone and virtual presentations.
  • Ability to handle high-volume tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage rejection gracefully.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce.
