TL;DR

Field Account Executive (Fitness/Wellness): Acquire and onboard high-potential local fitness and wellness businesses to expand the merchant network with an accent on field prospecting, relationship building, and full-cycle sales. Focus on achieving acquisition quotas, identifying market opportunities, and maintaining disciplined pipeline tracking in a high-travel territory role.

Must be based in San Antonio, TX or the surrounding area due to frequent in-state travel and in-person prospecting/sales meetings.

Salary: $52,125 to $81,000 base (plus performance bonuses and incentives).

What you will do

  • Prospect, pitch, and close new fitness/wellness businesses in your San Antonio territory.
  • Conduct daily in-person visits, attend local events, and build relationships with community insiders.
  • Manage full sales cycle using in-person, phone, email, and virtual outreach.
  • Hit monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline targets.
  • Act as local market expert to spot untapped opportunities.
  • Track activities and metrics in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years outbound field sales experience with strong inside sales skills.
  • Full-cycle sales expertise, B2B negotiation, and time management.
  • Proven quota attainment in fast-paced settings.
  • Self-motivated and feedback-receptive.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, Microsoft Office.
  • Must be based in San Antonio, TX area; 70–80% travel (local/regional, car/flight).
