Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - Three days in office, two days remote

What you will do

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand reach beyond current BT Wholesale relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans that adapt to evolving market conditions and business priorities.
  • Lead negotiations and successfully close deals, while managing high-standard after-sales relationships.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer records using Salesforce to ensure pipeline visibility.
  • Champion the full BT Wholesale portfolio and broader BT capabilities to maximize customer impact.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the wholesale market, including current trends and emerging technologies.
  • Strong understanding of deal economics, P&L, pricing strategies, and business case development.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at senior levels in direct and virtual environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid policy).
