What you will do

  • Lead and develop a global Digital Sales team of 5 FTEs across AMER, EMEA, and LATAM.
  • Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and expansion targets through usage growth, plan upgrades, and price optimization.
  • Conduct pipeline reviews, call coaching, and deal strategy to ensure team performance and career development.
  • Design and execute the transition toward a programmatic, AI-assisted digital sales motion.
  • Deliver accurate, data-driven revenue forecasts and actionable performance insights for the digital segment.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in Digital Sales, Inside Sales, or SaaS Account Management within B2B SaaS.
  • Track record of managing high-volume, tech-touch, digital-first sales motions.
  • Deep experience owning NRR, expansion revenue, and revenue forecasting.
  • Strong capability in process-mapping and operational optimization.
  • Experience with AI-enabled sales workflows, automation initiatives, or digital transformation programs.
  • Ability to drive change and manage performance across diverse time zones and cultures.
