TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in London (up to 50 days of work from home per year available after first three months)

What you will do
- Define and execute the technology roadmap with a strong emphasis on AI, ML, and data platforms.
- Drive innovation in AI-powered customer capabilities such as personalization and predictive analytics.
- Own the architecture, scalability, and reliability of the AI-driven customer platform.
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, and ML engineering.
- Establish best practices for AI development, model validation, and deployment cycles.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and establish frameworks for ethical AI use.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 5+ years in senior technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of building and scaling AI/ML-powered products in production.
- Strong background in data platforms, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of engineers and data scientists.
- Deep understanding of predictive models, NLP, or recommender systems.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-driven CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement platforms.
- Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, or conversational systems.
- Exposure to highly regulated environments regarding data privacy and security.
