hirify.global is developing A1, a proactive AI chat app designed to bring intelligence to everyday conversations, errands, and workflows with a focus on high reliability and real-world task completion.

What you will do

  • Define the long-term architecture for AI systems, infrastructure, and the developer platform.
  • Guide key decisions regarding model integration, data pipelines, distributed systems, and product architecture.
  • Establish engineering culture, development practices, and technical standards across the company.
  • Build and scale a world-class engineering team across key talent hubs, including China and the US.
  • Translate product direction into clear technical execution in collaboration with research and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • Strong technical foundation in system architecture and large-scale distributed systems.
  • Proven experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
  • Ability to reason clearly about complex systems and make pragmatic technical trade-offs.
  • Experience operating in early-stage environments with high ambiguity.
  • Must be based in the United Kingdom
