What you will do

• Lead and develop a global team of 18 solutions professionals (1 manager, 3 architects, 14 engineers), including hiring, coaching, and performance management
• Drive revenue by supporting enterprise sales cycles and aligning priorities with sales leadership
• Build culture of accountability, establish metrics/processes for performance and impact
• Partner with Product/Engineering to communicate customer needs and shape roadmap
• Oversee complex engagements, provide strategic guidance, scale processes for growth
• Represent solutions engineering in cross-functional leadership

Requirements

• 10+ years in solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting, progressing to leadership
• 5+ years people management, including managers and distributed teams
• Proven success driving revenue, scaling technical teams, enterprise customer experience
• Strong commercial acumen, communication, stakeholder influence
• AI literacy to leverage tools for productivity and decision-making
