What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of medium to large-scale projects and change initiatives in line with organisational strategies.
• Manage change control procedures and ensure work packages are delivered within cost, timescale, and resource budgets.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to facilitate dialogue and obtain agreement on scope and delivery.
• Promote the use of appropriate methodologies and tools to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and informal mentoring to the project team.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading large-scale and complex change delivery programmes within the government security sector.
• Extensive experience in leading projects of significant scale and complexity.
• Expertise in Project/Programme Management, Financial Management, and Governance & Assurance.
• Mandatory DV Security Clearance (Developed Vetting) or eligibility to obtain it.
• Must have lived in the UK for 10+ years to obtain the required security clearance.
