What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery for Base Platform programs spanning identity, provisioning, and operational health.
- Partner with Product Management and GTM stakeholders to align platform changes with customer-facing impacts and external commitments.
- Drive multi-team migrations and platform changes while managing downstream consumers and legacy constraints.
- Manage the operational backbone, including dependency mapping, risk surfacing, decision logs, and change communication.
- Establish clean handoff mechanisms between the Base Platform and the teams that consume its services.
- Define and monitor delivery health metrics to drive continuous operational improvement.
Requirements
- Experience running complex, cross-functional technical programs where you actively shaped technical decisions.
- Ability to lead deep engineering conversations and understand technical trade-offs without needing to write code.
- Background in platform, infrastructure, identity, or API-style domains.
- Proven track record of managing migrations or sunsets with significant downstream impact.
- Direct and concise communication style with a focus on documented decision logs.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and modern engineering toolchains.
Nice to have
- Specific background in identity systems, API platforms, or developer experience.
- Experience in a SaaS company during a phase of platform consolidation or modernization.
- Familiarity with SLO/monitoring practices used as delivery signals.
