Strategic Programs Manager (AI Legaltech)

Location: London; onsite in the office 5 days per week

What you will do

• Own end-to-end rollout programs for strategic legal accounts, including planning, sequencing, and execution across multi-office and multi-practice launches.
• Drive change management, stakeholder alignment, and durable adoption across knowledge management, innovation, IT, practice groups, and attorneys.
• Coordinate Legal Engineering, Engagement, and Customer Delivery resources for local and cross-border implementations.
• Define success metrics, governance, reporting cadences, and executive-ready outcome visibility.
• Analyse adoption metrics, identify user-journey friction, and propose strategic interventions.
• Turn rollout learnings into reusable playbooks, templates, and benchmarks for future launches.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, transformation, or implementation-focused roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required, with experience leading programs, workstreams, or teams end to end.
• Experience in professional services, particularly legal, Big 4, or management consulting, is highly preferred.
• Strong change management, analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and the ability to turn complex ideas into structured, boardroom-ready presentations.
• Willingness to work onsite in the office 5 days per week, collaborating closely with teammates.
