What you will do

  • Own end-to-end execution of high-priority Legal Engineering initiatives across the UK market, translating strategic goals into executable plans with milestones and metrics.
  • Partner with Legal Engineers and Engagement Managers to design deployment strategies, manage workplanning, resourcing, and risk mitigation for client implementations.
  • Build repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and operating cadences to scale delivery systems and ensure consistency across programs.
  • Drive adoption strategies using data to track usage, retention, ROI, and intervene on friction points with client stakeholders.
  • Act as cross-functional leader aligning Legal Engineering, Product, and Go-To-Market teams, influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Establish program governance, build knowledge artifacts, and launch new strategic initiatives from zero to scale.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in management consulting, strategy, or implementation-focused roles, leading complex multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end.
  • Experience from professional services (Legal, Big 4, Consulting) or high-performance environments.
  • Strong program management and execution discipline across concurrent workstreams.
  • Highly analytical, translating data into decisions; clear communication with senior stakeholders.
  • Ownership and accountability for outcomes in ambiguous environments.
