What you will do

• Act as the Technical Authority within the business unit, diagnosing and resolving complex issues across products and third-party systems.
• Lead the delivery of service improvement, performance optimization, and reliability initiatives from concept to completion.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, operations, and professional services teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, translating technical challenges into clear delivery plans.
• Apply analytical and statistical techniques to characterize ATM environments and drive data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical and/or business discipline.
• Proven experience in complex technical environments requiring cross-team coordination and delivery ownership.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Dundee, UK.
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in ATM software, hardware, or operations.
• Deep understanding of ATM infrastructure, including multi-vendor XFS applications.
• Experience leading reliability programs across distributed teams.
