• Develop and execute candidate pipeline strategies for RPO and project clients.
• Conduct indirect and direct candidate sourcing to build and optimize talent pools.
• Optimize sourcing channels to ensure a strong flow of potential candidates.
• Maintain a positive and professional company image through candidate and client interactions.
• Collaborate with peers and colleagues to build effective relationships across the business.
• Ensure the highest level of ethical behavior and personal integrity in all recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior-level recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Expertise in direct sourcing and pipeline strategy development.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area.
• Strong pro-active communication style.
