TL;DR
Talent Advisor II (Contractor): Partnering with recruiting leadership, HR partners, and hiring managers to execute full life-cycle recruiting and broad-based sourcing strategies with an accent on developing viable talent pipelines for exempt and non-exempt positions. Focus on sourcing top talent across channels, meeting TA metrics for quality, diversity, and cycle time, and extending employment offers.
Location: Fort Worth, TX, United States (Hybrid, 2 days a week in office). We are unable to consider candidates who require visa sponsorship for this position.

What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies using multiple channels to identify and attract top talent for assigned roles.
- Proactively network with and contact active and passive candidates internally and externally.
- Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers while providing timely updates.
- Meet Talent Acquisition metrics for quality, cost, cycle time, diversity, and compliance.
- Extend and negotiate employment offers, selling the company and position.
- Participate in special projects to improve recruiting functions and complete pre-employment processes.
Requirements
- 2-4 years full life-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with high volume positions.
- Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies.
- Experience deploying, administering, and interpreting assessment tools.
- Advanced knowledge of HR policies, IT systems, company hiring practices, employment laws, and ATS.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Oracle iRecruitment, and online job posting tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Nice to have
- Human Resources education preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- Proven leadership in small-scale talent acquisition projects.
