TL;DR

Corporate Recruiter (Federal Consulting): Managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for Business Development and program needs with an accent on federal government contracting and technical sourcing. Focus on identifying key personnel, executing contingent offers, and building a qualified pipeline for government proposals.

Location: Remote (USA), with a strong preference for candidates local to the DC metro area to attend ad hoc or quarterly meetings and potential career fairs.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 a year

What you will do

  • Execute the full lifecycle recruitment process across Federal Financial Management, Program Management, and Information Technology lines of business.
  • Partner with Business Development and hiring teams to identify Key Personnel for new proposals and pre-award staffing.
  • Identify qualified passive talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, professional networking, and employee referrals.
  • Manage and source multiple job requisitions concurrently using the Lever applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate the development of job descriptions and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Successfully execute contingent offers and Letters of Intent/Commitment for Key Personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Federal/government contract recruiting experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical, program management, and/or corporate recruiting.
  • Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking software applications.
  • Effective negotiation and strong candidate closing skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous recruiting experience with federal healthcare agencies (VA, VHA, VBA, DHA, NIH, etc.).
  • Strong passive candidate sourcing skills using Boolean search.
  • Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) certification.
  • Working experience with Lever ATS.
