TL;DR

Senior Manager, Growth & GTM (AI): Driving commercial success of innovation products by defining GTM strategies and scaling them into the core business with an accent on market validation and revenue growth. Focus on building repeatable GTM motions, leveraging AI for sales productivity, and transitioning new products to national-scale deployment.

Location: Must be based in Bristol, Birmingham, or London (UK)

What you will do

  • Drive commercial performance, pipeline development, and customer adoption for innovation products.
  • Define product positioning, differentiation, and market entry narratives to create demand.
  • Validate commercial models using customer engagement and POCs to prove scalable business models.
  • Develop and embed repeatable sales and marketing GTM motions within core channels.
  • Own the transition of products into CFU sales and commercial ownership.
  • Leverage AI to optimize targeting, insight generation, and sales productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience owning growth, GTM, or commercial outcomes for complex products.
  • Strong track record of driving actual revenue and pipeline growth.
  • Experience taking products from early-stage validation to scaled commercial performance.
  • Deep understanding of product marketing, positioning, and demand generation.
  • Strong commercial judgement and ability to align senior stakeholders around growth priorities.

Nice to have

  • Experience within a Telco or FTSE 100 environment.
  • Experience using data and AI to improve GTM effectiveness and sales performance.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and define success for new market products.
  • Experience scaling repeatable sales motions within complex organisations.
