Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (3 days/week in office). Relocation assistance offered to new employees.

What you will do

  • Lead GTM strategy for API business, partnering with Product and GTM leadership on growth priorities and commercialization.
  • Define north star goals, launch metrics, and KPIs for new products, monitoring performance with Data Science.
  • Develop growth strategies for products, customer motions, and markets, including customer segmentation frameworks.
  • Provide structured customer feedback and market insights to influence product roadmap.
  • Design commercial models, packaging, and monetization with Pricing, Finance, and Product teams.
  • Conduct market research and partner cross-functionally to execute business goals and adjust strategies based on data.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in GTM strategy, business operations, consulting, product strategy, or finance in high-growth tech.
  • Strong data fluency to define metrics and drive decisions.
  • Experience with technical/API products and B2B GTM motions.
  • Deep knowledge of B2B GTM models across Sales, Success, Product, Marketing, Operations.
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional strategy and execution.
  • Strong product intuition, pricing experience, and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
